The sandy coves and soaring cliffs of the Ceredigion
and Pembrokeshire coasts, the wild and ancient landscapes
of the Preselis and the wooded valleys
of the Teifi, Gwaun and Nevern rivers
offer some of the most varied and beautiful walking in Wales.
Spectacular coastal flowers, stone circles, iron-age forts and
wildlife ranging from seals and dolphins to choughs and kites.
Four whole days (5-6 hrs) and two half days (3-4hrs)
walking, guided by one of your hosts, are included in your holiday
(but not compulsory!) The walks are not overly strenuous and the
itinerary always allows plenty of time to enjoy the rich flora,
fauna and history of this beautiful corner of Wales.
